RETURN & REFUND

1. Eligibility for Returns

- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping fees.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for the same product, subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
